Reunion of former colleague

Since any of us could speak Japanese fluently, our portfolio invited our former colleague who was a translator in our department. She came to the restaurant on time and said hello to everyone. Having chatted with her for a while, I inferred from her words that t she regretting changing job in haste.
Although she tried to conceal her disappointment, her eyes were full of tears when we looked back on the time we worked together. Everyone advised her to go back to our company, but she said it was impossible for her to do like that. In my opinion, I think it is advisable for her to work in her company, perhaps the environment is so poor, and she could regard it as a precious treasure. Changing job frequently is not a good idea, hoping her good luck.
One of my relatives who has lain off from several years was given a job working in a supermarket to push the sale of goods. Generally speaking, it is good news for her. After working there for almost two days, she said she couldn’t fit for her new job, colleague around her were so impatient that she felt lonely and strange.
My mother encouraged her to continue working there, as you know it was not quite easy for the middle age to find a job. If she couldn’t get accustomed to the nowadays society, she would be eliminated from it very soon.
Recently, I’ve heard that my friends and relatives around me complain about their jobs. Someone is searching for a high-salary job,  someone good environment job, and others a suitable jobs.
