Fortunately, my leader encourages us to learn more when we are free during office hours, why should I use the word fortunately? Perhaps it prohibits in other departments, such as accounting and others. In fact, every leader has his or her ways of management.

     For example, our leader often advise us to make a plan for our future life, he says you are a young lady who may concentrate on her family when gets married, so it is advisable for you to chose other majors as your future career, such as a translator.

Although it may be hard study over working, it is worth doing. In deep of my heart, I should say thank you to my leader, though sometimes we are different attitudes towards things.
